Water Studio designed two distinctive water features for the Cross Creek Ranch outdoor shopping center in Malibu, CA. This expansive, shallow installation features a mirror-like surface that beautifully reflects the surrounding landscape and architecture. Extending approximately 94 ft. through the development, the feature consists of a 10 ft. wide reflecting pool connected by a linear runnel. Concrete stepping pavers are integrated within the runnel, inviting visitors to move effortlessly across the water to engage with the feature in an visually compelling way.
