A striking rectangular copper infinity fountain welcomes residents and visitors to this contemporary home in Atherton, CA. The upper reflecting pool remains still, mirroring the surrounding trees and sky. At the infinity edge, water gently cascades down 2 ft. into a partially recessed basin covered with beach pebbles. Spanning 18 ft. in width, the copper podium features a dark bronze patina that complements the residence’s surrounding finishes. We collaborated with Ground Studio in Monterey, CA, and Lencioni Construction Company in Menlo Park, CA.
