Water studio collaborated with Gensler Architects, and Hensel Phelps, the project’s contractor, to design and build a striking 18 ft. wide water wall in the newly opened Star Alliance lounge in the international terminal of LAX. This elegant water feature made of coarse black granite, and stainless steel, produces a continual flow of captivating textured water patterns descending to the polished river rocks below.
The water wall creates a graceful and calming environment for travelers visiting the busy international airport.
